hello, my account is fully verifed 2 years ago, with all my Latvian documents. 29.12.2016 have recives sms with offer from casumo casino and have deposited and lost my deposit. Recive sms with promo every week, but today I have found, casino not accepting players from Latvia anymore, and when I made my last deposit, my country wasnt accepted from casinosite and my account wasnt blocked. So I ask support to refund my deposit, because I dont have opportunity to win, because they have changed terms, but not blocked my account at time of not accepting play from Latvia.
So they should not take my deposit and allow to play. So I whant my 10 euro deposit back.

AskGamblers Complaints have been provided with enough facts and proofs on behalf the Casumo Casino management to confirm their statements and namely:
- player used VPN to bypass the country based restriction set on IPs coming from restricted territories;
- player made the deposit, played and lost their funds using IP which is not Latvian.
As a result of the aforementioned actions, Casumo management refused to refund player's deposit and AskGamblers Complaints Team believe they acted as per their terms and conditions. Obviously, player was well in aware of the fact that his country, Latvia, is restricted from playing, but deliberately chosen to deposit and play instead of notifying the casino team as soon as they got the aforementioned promotional message.
While we are certain that player is not due any refund, we would also like encourage Casumo Casino management to consider implementing changes within the system which would prevent sending promotional offers and SMS to phone numbers from restricted countries.
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the case as resolved and it is being officially closed now.

Hi. Im accesing many gambling sites using VPN what accept Latvian players. But my account was created when you accepted my country. And in past I have fully verifed my Latvian account. Have made deposit and withdrawal. After not accepting my country you dont block my account, dont notify me about change in terms about Latvian players, but every week sending me promotions to deposit. Gambling-its possibility to win when depositing,I dont have this possibility with my deposit. Because I whant my deposit back.

Consequently, we cannot accept the request for the refund of the deposits made by you.

hi, so sensitive information - I have used VPN accesing casumo. But probleme is: promotions was send to my phone to deposit, so why send promotion to me, if I cant play? VPN I use because my internet provider blockes access to gambling sites.
