I deposited over 1 thousand euros on Casumo.
I won just over 43 thousand. When I went to log in the next day my account was showing as suspended. I then uploaded all documentation, even a payslip which I have no idea why they need this. It violates GDPR laws here in Ireland.
I'm waiting for nearly 2 weeks now and all I'm getting from their support is that it's with the relevant team. Copy and paste responses. I'm pretty sure their chat is just a bot.
If this isn't resolved by the end of the week I'll have to seek legal advice. I don't get how companies like this get to advertise on TV. Stay away from Casumo. It seems to be a scam. Love taking money but do everything not to pay out.

Please let us know why exactly the process is taking too long. Kindly be informed that in case you do not provide relevant update this issue related, which will bring to the complaints final resolution, we will have no other option but to close the case as Unresolved.
As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly. Once the investigation finishes however, you will be able to ask for complaints reopening.
