I withdrew my winnings of £350.25 on the 17th of may and did not receive the winnings, once I noticed a few days later my winnings was not in my account I contacted Casumo to find out more information on where these funds had gone.
They advised me it was processed and sent from there side, I disputed this and was asked to send in bank statements which I had done
Till today all agents are giving me false information on what’s happening with these payments and I have also been blocked from the live chat and they are also not responding to emails.
I can provide as much evidence as you like to show these funds have not reached me.
