Hello,
This is a very odd feeling as its the first time in my 8+ years of playing slots online, that I have run into a trouble with a casino. (I only tried to play on good reputation casinos, to avoid these things). I have played on Casumo for years, always providing the requested documents before. A bit over a week ago, on 13th of Feb they requested once more documents for my source of wealth, which I provided to them. I have a pending cash-out that will not be accepted before they verify my documents I sent them, but I am not getting any reply how long it takes from them. I have contacted 3 or 4 different live-support agents, and they all just say that "we are very busy", and the endless sorry for the wait etcetc. Is this normal for other players, as I have sent these following documents to all other casinos I use or used and the maximum it has ever taken was a week, and that was on Xmas holidays. I am really getting the feeling that something is wrong with Casumo, and that they dont want to pay me out. (By the way, the cash out is ridiculously small, compared to what ive cashed out from Casumo alone over the years). Anyone else with similar experiences, and what should I do besides waiting?

As an online operator, we are obliged to request these documents within the AML laws of the given license that you are playing on. When these documents are received we review the documents and request any further documentation that is needed. If you have sent in all the requested documents, then the verification should not take much longer.
It is important to know that we have to review other documents as well, so the verification is done in a queue and you will be placed at the end of the queue again, if the first supplied documents are not sufficient enough to verify the affordability and AML situation. Just to clarify, we have no intention of not paying out, but need to verify these documents, before we can process any transactions.
