Hello AskGamblers,

I wanted to publish what happen to me in this rogue casino.

I open account in the casino 5 months ago and got bonus offer on my email,i deposit there and I won 2200,sunddley I open my email the day after and I see that the casino void my winnings and locked my account,the explanation that I got from the casino was:"It's the way you conduct your game play in combination with bonus offers" this is this is ridiculous and not make any sense at all. I want everyone to know not to play in this rogue casino,looks how he evasive payment.

please askgamblers help to get paid my fair winnings.

I took the final decision on Mr. H's Casumo account and have no intention on revoking that. We don't block player account's and their winnings without a very good reason and we have given Mr. H sufficient information on why his account was terminated. However we will not discuss any further details with a third party.

The player support at the LGA is the only authority that is sanctioned to settle disputes between players and their licensees (Malta) This is something that we have informed Mr. H about and have also encouraged him to contact them.

Other iGaming companies might or might not discuss player details externally however for security reasons we choose not to do so in this case. Obviously we will cooperate fully with the LGA when the complaint has been registered with them. This is something that Mr. H must do himself.

i already told what they told me and this is not satisfy and justified void winnings.

the casino should pay me my winnings in full.

New evidence regarding this case has been presented to AskGamblers Complaints Team. Player has been found breaching a particular casino term and casino actions were confirmed to be justified from MGA. Therefore, we consider this complaint to be solved and closed now.
