I made a withdrawal of 950euro 29.09.2019 from casumo which I still havent recieved. Casumos reply is the same as the others recent complains for casumo; its their payment provider Billspays fault. But 1.5months? How is this acceptable? I even asked them if they could put the money back in my casumoaccount so I could chose another withdrawalmethod, but that has not of yet happend.
