Hello,

On August 12th I registered at Casitsu Casino. I made three deposits, 300 EUR, 200 EUR and 200 EUR with card.
On the last deposit I managed to complete the wagering and withdrew 911 EUR. I played only Beef Lightning, Donuts and Neon Staxx so not on games that are excluded from wagering.

On Friday the 13th they verified my account and after that they cancelled my withdraw.

I have tried to email them numerous times to ask why they cancelled the withdraw and when are they going to process it, but they do not answer to any emails.

I went to their chat on Thursday the 19th to ask about it also and the chat told me that they would email me the following day. They did not.

Until today there has been zero info/replies to me about the cancelled withdraw.

Please AskGamblers, can you ask Casitsu what are they doing.

We have made previous attempts without any call-back notice from the recipient's bank, which has delayed the process further.

Today's attempt is marked as "success", though.
