Good morning, I play couple of months in this casino and I deposit many times and I made 3-4 withdrawals without problems.
But when I won big amount of money (now the balance is 10K €) they cancelled my 4 withdrawals - 500€ each) and they told me that I have to proceed a KYC/VERIFICATION.
I sent them all the documents they wanted, and they told me that the documents are ok and I have to wait 5 business days. Today is the 6th business day, and they don't know anything about the verification and they tell me that I have to wait till the verification ends and nothing more.
I am afraid that they delay the verification till I loose my money. I want your help to finish with these withdrawals. Thank you very much.
