I try make withdraw many times of 500. Withdraw were rejected on 2 jul, 3 jul, 5 jul, 6 jul, 8 jul, 9 jul. They send email saying try again, which I do, but withdraw keep reject. I search on AskGamblers and see many complain about bad Casinoin. I think Casinoin make reject deliberate so player keep playin and lose and make bad excuse that technical error, they should not be possible allow to keep do this bad way.
Now I have three withdrawals by 500 eur pending, they asked to verify my account. I have send my documents and waiting. Still have 3675,68 eur on my balance.
Saw a lot of complaints and afraid that casinoin can block my account and do not withdraw my wining.

I am very sorry to hear that you find our verification process too long, normally it's within 5 business days. As I see the KYC was requested from you on the 9th of July, it's within the deadline specified in the T&Cs.
In fact our company had quite long KYC process in the past, but we have improved a lot and made it 5 business days :)
