Long Delays and Payments Keep Being Cancelled
I opened my account on 4 November 2020 and made a couple of deposits using Bitcoin. My account is fully verified and I sent in all the documents they requested. I play many different games, including Live Casino Blackjack, Baccarat and Slots. I was able to win on their site, and made some withdrawals between 8 November and 26 November.
26 November I had my first rejected withdrawal. This happened again 28 November, and then payment was made on 29 November. I then had a number of withdrawals rejected 5 Dec, 6 Dec, 8 Dec and then had ONE payment made on 10 Dec. I then tried to make another withdrawal on 9 Jan, which was rejected, and also withdrawal on 15 Jan rejected. It always takes 1 to 2 days before a withdrawal is rejected.
Every time it is rejected I get the same email, that says:
Your attempt to withdraw funds from your Casinoin account has been unsuccessful.
Please try again, or contact our support team for assistance if the problem persists.
If I go on chat, all they say is "we will tell the payments team, and they will contact you via email" .... They never contact me again via email!
This is quite clearly a delay tactic by the site in the hopes that I continue to play and lose my balance.
This should not be allowed.
My current balance is Euro 3,197.06 and I am unable to withdraw this, and they refuse to give any explanation as to why.
