Casino770 - Unable to withdraw

I was not satisfied with my experience with this casino. I tried to withdraw winnings of £250 from the casino won from the £10 no deposit bonus. I turned this over the sufficient number of times and deposited £30 of my own to enable me to withdraw. However, when I went to withdraw my winnings I had a message stating I could not make a withdrawal until I had turned over my initial bonus the required number of times. Upon entering the live chat i was instructed to try logging out, deleting cookies then trying again. This did not work. I was then told someone would get in touch with me later.

I feel as though I have been blocked and conned from my winnings as my balance showed £249 of cash and £1 of bonus balance. I thought i would try and just turn over this £1 thirty times but it still showed as a £1 bonus balance. In total I wagered over £2k which was well over the requirement. I now have a balance of -£1 in cash and a £1 bonus balance, not happy!
