This is the worst site I have ever played on. Had numerous emails as to why they are not paying my £500 winnings out after I deposited £450 in good faith. Seems to me it's excuse after excuse. I sent my banks details, swift number, iban number and still this isn't good enough for casino 770. I even sent my passport and bank card as proof but still they are looking at ways not to pay out. Customer service is absolutely dreadful and none existent. Other sites pay out after 3 days, some even sooner, I don't see what the problem is, 1 big scam if u ask me.

While I appreciate your response I was told that I would have this payment in my bank acct by today and to my surprise this still has not gone in!! Other casinos pay within the 3 days and do not require all the additional info that I had to send to you on 2 separate occasions. Am I going to see this payment or is it just going to drag on. Thanks.
