Allow registration and deposits from Portugal, but not withdrawals

Hello

On the 8/09 i register at Diamond World Casino following the AskGamblers Link, where it clearly says that Portugal is allowed, i also read the terms and conditions and at the time i register nowhere in terms say that my country is not allowed

So i made 2 deposits of 250€ on the 08/09 and manage to get my balance to 1300€

Today morning i receive a email saying that my account is Frozen and i need to send my docs, i did that

Later Today i receive a reply saying that because im portuguese i cant play there (But is not writen anywhere) and that i only can withdraw my deposits voiding the remaining, i DID not brake any rule, they are stealing my winnings

I consider this a scam, if i had loss they would offer nothing, but like my balance is higher than my deposits now im in a restricted country,

I dont mind if they close my account, but they cant do it without paying me in full my Balance

Long story short, i follow all rules, play with no bonus, nowhere was stated that my country is restricted, so this attitude is as rougue as it comes, im sure that a maltese license casino cant do this and get away with it

Further, the player accepts that the granting of bonus money can be withdrawn by the company and that the stakes and winnings of player can be retained, should they be connected with an account that has been closed or limited, or an account, which has no claim to winnings as they have expired.



Due to Data Protection laws, no further information related to this matter can be revealed. "


So lets get this straight so that everyone understands:

1 - First im denied my winnings because of the country i am, that all of the suddently is not allowed even if that is not writen anywhere in their terms and conditions or in any other place in the sit

2- They ignored completly my emails and live chat never available, only after this complaint they reply

3- Now they change their reasons, and uses some vague terms that does not apply to me to confiscate my winnings,


Lets see, i never had an account there before, never use any kind of bonus, or any other offer, i only play with my own money folloing all rules, they ware caught lying and now made up another excuse to legally steal, im sure if i had loss no refund was given

In that terms that they mention, they claim they have the right to do all sorts of things, that they did not do, i was allowed to register, i was allowed to deposit, i was allowed to play, only to days after they block my account because my balance is higher than my deposits, its easy to keep a gambling operation like this, i a player loses we keep his money if a player wins we void the winnings and refund, this is rougue to say the least

This site should consider the high rating they give to this casino!

Still no comunication from the casino, my account is still locked, they only refund my deposits, no reply to emails, live chat not available, it is impossible to talk to Diamond World

I do not recomend this casino to anyone, they use predatory terms that are NOT writen anywhere
