Deposit refund no response
Over a week ago I started playing on this site after some time away, I noticed s message from a few months ago asking for my PayPal verification, as the PayPal wasn’t in my name. I’d been allowed to deposit with cards not in my name too. I was told this would be refunded l, I was then asked to send a few forms of I’d and proof of card ownership etc, the casino where in regular contact until it came to the stage my account and cards were fully verified and they couldn’t ask for anything else, it’s not been a week and I still haven’t had an update on my refunds /account even though I’ve messaged them every day. I’ve been told on a few occasions I would definitely have an update that day and still nothing, I don’t think they have any intention at all of updating or refunding me.
