Delayed payment of 4000 pounds
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with your service regarding my withdrawal request. My withdrawal has been delayed for over 3 days, since 29/12/2024 despite all required documents being verified. It is unacceptable that your company appears to be intentionally delaying the process by providing conflicting and misleading information.
I have proof from chat logs where your representative assured me I would receive the withdrawal by 6:30 PM yesterday. When that deadline passed, I was told it would be processed within 24 hours. Now, there has been no further communication or resolution, which is completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, when I contacted your support team to ask why my withdrawal was delayed, the agent named Jessica abruptly terminated the chat instead of addressing my concerns. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
I demand immediate action to process my withdrawal without further delays and a proper explanation for this unacceptable service. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.
