Dear all,

sadly i have to open this case.
Today i my account at Dasistcasino was closed, support said - from the casino management,
My pending withdrawal of 1200EU is now blocked i guess.

Live support told me today (1st may 17) my account was closed on the dicision of the management because they found multiple betting strategies and suspicious play. I did not do anything of that. I'm not even aware how you do this. I just played slots an live casino, like i do in over 80 other online casinos.

Only thing i am ware of, i did use my freespins from deposit, but defently after i requested my withdrawal. Like a chance to raise some EU which have then be waggerd. I managed to get 2-3eu with the first freespins, which i waggered quickly with 50c and 1eu bets. I got up to 100-200eu. With this money i played with again slots and live casino. After many hours of playing it was lost.

Last thing i did yesterday (Day befor closure), was to set up a deposit and wagering limit to my account - to not try to request a cancel of the withdrawal. I loaded my documents up right after i requested my first withdrawal. They were approved pretty fast.
(I did request a cancel of my withdrawal few times befor to go on playing)

The design is nice. Live chat always available. The slots work smoothly. I really like this casino. I hope we can find a solution here so i can write a positiv feedback about this casino and come back playing at their site.

I also wrote my oppinion about this unjustified closure to suppor­[email protected]­asi­stc­asi­no.com like the live support told me at the same time a wrote this case to askgamblers.

To have as much details on this case as possible:
Between the withdrawal requests and cancels, i also did deposit 2x 50eu more and lost it. I always deposited with "Sofort" - Direct Transfer from Bankaccount

So i did have 3 deposit bonuses in total which i all canceled immediately after each deposit. So i did not have any Bonus money - never! I played with my own money and won!

I did not have any strategie... i played randomly bets between 30c and 2 eu or something. Often switched betsizes. Just randomly, not clue at all what i was doing! I also played live casino where i mostly bet between 10eu and 30eu per blackjack hand.

Dear D. Müller,

your account has been reviewed more detailed by the higher management. And they arrive at the conclusion that there are not multiple betting strategies. The winnings 1200 EUR have been returned to your account and we issued also 100 EUR free cash as apologies from our side.

Please, accept our apologies for such bad experience at the Casino.

Hello all,

thank you Dasistcasino for the apologie. I will accept it as soon as the money reached my bankaccount.

I just requested the withdrawal again (now 1300EU) and waiting to be processed.

I keep askgamblers and the community updated.

On May 11 i could go to withdrawal step 2 - which means i could finally fill in my bankdetails with trustly.
