Casino Lab - Verification delay and poor customer support
After signing up, depositing £100 and completing their welcome offer, I was lucky enough to be left with around £1300 after wagering requirements. I withdrew funds, and then a couple of days later I was asked to go through the verification process which was quite frustrating, especially with taking photos of handwritten notes with cards etc.
My documents were submitted on 26.08.21 and I was told that the process would be completed within 72 hours.
After a few days I decided to contact them to check for an update. I have tried dozens of times to make contact using the phone number and live chat, neither have ever connected to anyone. The phone number goes to an answering machine and the "live" chat just instructs you to submit a request form.
So, after 5 days of waiting, I am no further forward and increasingly concerned about actually receiving my money!
