Casino Lab - Verification and withdrawal delay
Withdrawal request made on 31/07/21 for £2700, on 03/08/21 customer services were contacted for information regarding the Withdrawal only to be told that it had been escalated to relevant department.
Around an hour later l received an e-mail requesting verification documents even though my account was already verified (this isn't the first Withdrawal I've made from my this casino) it has now passed the alloted 72 hours for account verification process and I've heard nothing at all from them.
