Casino Lab - Verification account time too exceeded

On 1 and 2 July I win 5300£.Today it's 13. Casino still not verify my account. I send a lots of emails and any time answer is more 72h. All documentation it's aproved. Yesterday they decline 1 of documents and send me email for missing document. I send the same document and it is aproved immediately. And of course send me email for more 72h. I have a screenshots for everything. Screenshot it's first from 8 July all approved. Second its from 12 July decline document for proof of address. Last it's from 12 July I send the same document all the time and its aproved immediately.
