Casino Lab - Expecting verification which is impossible to provide

I am awaiting a £100 withdrawal. Casino lab keep saying they cannot authorise it as they do not have enough for verification. I have uploaded proof of address, drivers licence, taken a selfie, bank card front and back with the correct digits blanked out and they also asked for a bank statement. I sent a screenshot as I do not get paper bank statements. They then said they couldn’t accept this as they needed to see proof of the payment I made to them. As this was only a few days before a bank statement for this period has not been generated yet. I sent a screenshot of the payment from my online banking app and they said they could not accept this as it doesn’t show the URL. I then sent a screenshot of my account showing the payment made to them showing the URL on my online banking. They then said they need to see my last 2 transactions to themselves but to generate this from my banking app it only shows my first name. This is what RBS banking do, I cannot change this and they are not accepting this and therefore not giving me my withdrawal.

They have said they cannot pay me back to my RBS card as RBS cards do not accept withdrawals so it has to be a bank transfer so they need proof of my bank. I have given them proof of bank and card used but this still isn’t enough for them and I don’t know how else to get my withdrawal.

There are more emails relating to different things from them but each time I provide what they ask for they hit back with another reason why it’s not acceptable.

For instance they asked for a screenshot of my bank account showing account number and full name which I provided. It was after this they then said they need to see the last 2 transactions to them. Of which was both in the last month therefore no statement generated yet, so the only way to show this is either to wait for my statement coming through in a couple months or generate “genesis global transactions” which is what I did but then it shows the transactions with my same account number as the first statement I sent them however it just doesn’t give my full name
