Casino Lab - Delaying my withdrawal for over 3 weeks


I made a withdrawal of £411 at casino lab over 3 weeks. Next day my withdrawal approved. 5 days passed and money was not showing at my bank. I got in touch with them , and asked me to send bank statement which i did. After further delays getting back to me, finally they said there was a problem with their payment system and added funds back to my casino account which is clearly breach of UK gambling commission rules of not cancelling withdrawals.

Anyway I withdraw the funds again , and although I had withdrawals before they asked me verification documents which I sent and which was approved. After numerous emails it has been over 3 weeks and still not getting any explanation from casino lab why they still holding my withdrawal. It is absolutely not acceptable still not getting my legitimate winnings without any bonus whatsoever, although they charging nearly 3% withdrawal fee. All i am trying to do is get my money and will never use this site again.

Finally over a month delay , I received my
money. it is extremely disappointing to waste that much time for a withdrawal which I was charged a fee
