Casino Lab - Delayed payment and Verification

Hi,

I joined Casino Lab 26th March 2021 and made one deposit in total on the same date for £30.00.

As part of a welcome offer I was credited with 30 free spins per day, across 10 days. I ‘won big’, and decided to withdraw my winnings.

I made sure that I stuck to the terms and conditions, rules etc.

I was asked by Casino Lab to submit ID and proof of address as my account wasn’t verified, and you may know more about this than I do but I was advised by Casino Lab that I had passed the election verification when I registered.

Since then, I’ve been lucky to have one response a week from Casino Lab and it’s just a recycle of fabricated lies and delays.

My documents were verified around 5 weeks after I gave them in and then I was advised about a delay with my withdrawal as they’re now further checks.

Dear ATEWDAN,

Our department have looked into your account and can confirm that your funds were made void and your account has been closed. An email was sent to you on the 17/05/2021 informing you this and stating the clauses that were breached from our term and conditions.

You had a self-exclusion registered with Gamstop and you registered an account with us using different details. Please refer to clause 29.1.5 on our terms and conditions.
