Delaying my Withdraw since 14 Days


Hello AskGamblers Complain Team,

I Played on Casino Intense 14 Days ago, and managed to cash out 250€.
My Account was fully verified, within the same day.

but they still break there own T&C´s

In there Terms it says:

4.11 When you make a withdrawal for the first time, we might ask you for certain document copies to verify your identity. We may subsequently ask for these copies at random to ensure the security of your account. These documents include: Photographic ID. This will be a copy of a current ID, showing your name, photograph and signature. Options for such IDs are: Passport/driving license/National ID card. Credit/Debit Card: A signed copy of the front and the back of the card used to fund your account. For security purposes please block the middle 8 digits, and the 3 security digits on the back. Proof of address: A recent utility bill or a credit card statement showing the same address with which you have registered your account. If your payments are confirmed and all documents have been sent to us, we will process the request within max 14 days.

Now its over 14 Days, but still nothing has processed

I contacted the Live Support several time, but the only thing that they say is: it can take up to 14 Days.

Withdrawal request since 7th December 2020

Hi

I requested a withdrawal on 7th December 2020 from casino intense. A few days were spent getting the correct proofs as it was a bit misleading. After getting this sorted I was advised would be a few weeks. On the 19th December I was using the online chat as still nothing. I was advised that it would be approved and with me before Christmas. Never happened, followed up a few times between Xmas and new year but they claimed they where a bit behind due to the holiday season which I accepted. I got in touch again early jan, but they kept telling me it would be approved ‘in a few days’ ‘within a week’ but still didn’t happen. I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager, always told that no one available, can’t give me managers details and to go through the email support system

After numerous emails, most of which have been ignored, and countless times on the online chat the withdrawal is still pending. No one can explain why, I have never had any management come back to me. Still just being told they are waiting for updates but not to worry. I have asked countless times how I can make an official complaint and the most I ever get is the same email address that is rarely even answered

I can give you details of the pending withdrawal and a few emails they have actually replied to stating the money will be with me shortly

I feel like I have been extremely patient and am at a point where I don’t know what else to do. I would appreciate as much help to get this issue resolved as possible
