I want to file complaint against Cozyno casino. This Casino does not follow responsible gambling policy. I requested casino to close my account first via Live chat. Live chat support asked me to send an email. I did send mails 19/1 and 21/1. I asked them to close my account permanently because I have a gambling problem. I attached those mails here ( I covered my name and email address for security reasons).
I also send several other e-mails. But I have not receive any response. I made inquiries via Live chat and wondered why I have not be replied and why my account is still open. I know that casino received my emails because I got automatic comfirmation emails right away from Cozyno. Only advice I was given by chat persons was that I must send an email again and I Would be answered very soon. They also promised to forward my issue to the account manager and I would be contacted very soon. Still no reply to my request. My account is still open and I am able to make deposits even I have requested my account be closed many times.
I made deposits for 190 euros 24/1. I am asking now this Casino pay back all my deposits made after 19/1. I have consulted Ask Gamblers and other casinos and it is clear that casino is obliged to pay deposited funds back. Casino has had enough time (six days) between 19/1 and 24/1 to close my account and to make contact with me. But it has not done so because casino does not obey responsible gambling policy at all. Please pay my deposits back to me and then close my account!
