The bonus is for $5 bonus + 50 free spins on fruits and stars.
The bonus code worked... initially.
I played through the $5 to 0 first.
I then opened Fruits and Stars slot and it let ne play through the free spins. I won funds on the free spins and continued to play until i decided to exit the game.
I opened another game (had the bonus banner on it) and balance was 0. I then went back into fruits and stars and bonus was 0.
I seeked assistance through online chat. Transcript will be forwarded as received in email not an attached secured document (I have screenshots throughout the convo also if needed). In short they state there is no such bonus that gives free spins only the $5 bonus, they state I have nevet even played the game Fruits and Stars. I did send them the link to the bonus but they advise that they are not responsible for this information (even though the casino automatically obliged with the spins).
Please assist.

I have attached screenshots of the bonus (before the '+' was changed to 'OR') first screen shot taken the night I signed up using the bonus and second I took just now of my notification history as I had also submitted a review on the bonus which is shown . If this was a publishing error only I would not be bothering with making a complaint as human error happens, no one is perfect. What I do not understand is that I was able to play free spins on fruits and stars in which I won money and exited the game with $200 credits. Are you able to provide any history of me playing that game at all or even me entering the game please.

I had alreasy checked browser history and it was at your casino. If i was playing in 'fun mode' surely you would be able to see this and provide evidence.
