Pending withdrawal since April 23rd


On April 23 I played at casino Action and didn’t even use any bonuses to play, and I won 1225$ and decided to withdraw my winnings. Then 3 days later I saw that the withdrawal was still pending and I contacted live chat that advised me to contact risk management via email and I did so. I’ve been waiting since April 26 for the answer to my email to risk management and still nothing.

Based on player's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been played and lost by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.

My problem with casino action is they advertise 3 days for withdrawals to be paid out and I’ve waited over 2 weeks to even get a response on why my money was pending. They leave you pending so the chances are you might play off all your winnings while they take there slow time of numerous weeks to to even answer a simple email. On April 23 I made a withdrawal and the I was told 3 days later by live chat that I needed to email risk management and I never would have found out if I never would have asked live chat as they never sent me a email saying to contact risk management. So three days later I sent risk management a email and several more on the following days and they never responded to me, so then I made my complaint with ask gamblers and only then they responded to me through ask gamblers and never responded to my direct emails to risk management. That is my big problem with casino Action they find ways to get your money one way or another. So about a week after my withdrawal no one answered me and I started playing again and ended up loosing it all. But nobody answered me until it was all gone over 2 weeks after my withdrawal.

Please make sure to update your ongoing complaint and inform AskGamblers Complaints Team whether you have canceled your withdrawal and played off your funds? Please be in aware that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

Errors prevent Casino Action from paying winnings

Within a month (March) I played on the above mentioned Casino a large sum of money.

I tried several games but mostly played a poker game called Level - up. After a few games, on March the 10th, the game would stall on 3rd or 4th level and close on an error.....i did not pay attention at the beginning until the game stalled on a couple of good hands (on the 4X scale) and a MAJOR one on the 8X scale (A Royal Flush).

I informed the Desk and they answered me that "... they know the issue and they have reported to the Technical Department..." (All the emails are available).

When I claimed the winnings they told me that I had to print-screen the error in terms of reporting it to the software provider who would be finally responsible for the final answer. After I told them that I did not have a print screen of the error they informed me that there was nothing they could do.

As you realize the issue for me was very important and I decided to play again (on the 31st of March) see if the errors would appear again !! I was lucky enough to reproduce them and I had all the print-screens sent to them. Again that costed me except the amount I played, another good sum for losing good hands.

From the 31/3/2011 that I reported the errors since today I have the same answer to all my emails " ....we have no answer from the software provider so far ....we are waiting ....and ....blablabla ..."

I have concluded that they are not willing to pay or reinburse !!!!
