Casino 777 - doesnt send my money to moneybookers

Finally I have won at casino 777 and I have sent all information to prosses my withdraw ( 9000 euro and 2950 euro)

They keep saying we escalated the matter to financial department .it is more than 10 days ..

I have been gambling on line for the 6 years and I have never had trouble getting paid

I have contacted several times and I get same answer I don't know what else to do I have sent more than 8 emails

Hello! I opened an account in Casino777 on 21 March. I received a no deposit bonus 25 EUR. I wagered my bonus completely and win 600 EUR. I made the deposit via Skrill and requested withdrawal. Then I have sent my ID documents. After some days my account has been locked! I dont understand why? Emails from them I didn`t receive. As I knew in live-chat they has been blocked my account because:

I am the custumer here .so if i wish to close my account that is my busines and this sites are obligated buy low and buy honor to clsoe ones account if he asked for.
I am not happy with casino777.be for maney maney reasons so when i ask them to close my account they do refuse and tell me i need to ask the Belgium goverment to close it for me so i will be refused on any other site as well as from real casions.
I am telling u guys this is ******. and they are trying to monopolise their custumers .
so yet again if I ask this ***** to close my account that is just they need to do and not send me a gouverment paper to fill up.

deposited on my partners card told them i didnt have a bank account they said that ok i won been trying to with draw my winnings told need prove of id sent card details my driving licence and the documents they asked for then that not enough want proof of my partner told not got driving licence or passport said bith certificate said it wouldnt be in same name as would be her maiden name said that would be ok sent them that well its a adoption certificate so different then get phone call asking my bank details to pay me by wire transfir told them they know i not got bank account they said cant pay without i complained said they i dishonest and why cant they sent me a check told must have own account and now another email saying they now want marriage certificate showing change of name all a con but they saying going to put 30 pound back on card annd other 870 wouldnt be paid till i do what they say is a joke
