Cashpoint Casino - Withdrawal not being paid


Hi,

I requested a 2k EUR from this Cashpot casino on the 19th of October, and I still have not been paid.
I have spoken to live chat on a daily basis, and all they tell me is, "its still being reviewed".
I have sent numerous emails to support, and the casinos compliance dept, and they just say the same thing. They say the are waiting to hear back from the games supplier?!?!
I requested a SAR from them (Subject Access Request), on all my account info, so I could send it to eCOGRA, but since asking for this (multiple times), they now just do not respond at all.

I also still have a further 1800 EUR in the account, that I cannot withdraw, due to still having a pending withdrawal.

I genuinely do not know what to do now.

Please Help.
