Good afternoon dear AskGamblers, my name is < name removed >. I am a Cashpoint player who was severely deceived and lost my money.

23/04/2024.I made a football bet in the match Kayanza United vs LLB Amasipiri that the result of this match both teams will score Over 4.5 goals. 400 euro cof 2,6. In this match, more than 5 goals were scored and the bet was won, the money was credited to the account, after which I made a withdrawal and my account was blocked and the money on it remained about 1044 euro.

I wrote to support for more than a month, but I never received a concrete answer because they say that this is a strange bet for them, although I don’t see anything in it since I decided to just try my luck and won. The case has been under consideration for a whole month, but the money has not been given to me. Dear AskGamblers, I ask you, as the department responsible for these matters, to help me solve this problem and return my money that was in my account. My player rules were violated without reason. I didn't do anything wrong and didn't make any suspicious bets, I was just lucky. I ask you to help me understand this issue, please, because I don’t know where else to turn with great respect to you. Thank you.
