Explanation
This is the situation, I originally put funds in in the amount of About 400 bucks. Early December. Then played it up to 687. It then sat on as withdrew home for four days till I canceled it last Friday. and all I messages support a few times and the answers received was a generic response “as to there is a delay beyond our circumstances. Please be patient” So I canceled it and then played it and then I actually doubled it and again I am now waiting past the stated withdrawal timeframe in the terms of the agreement. I have been waiting past the 3-day waiting period 6 days for transaction Id:

I accepted no bonuses so there should not be any restrictions. I go and read reviews, and there is not a positive review on this casino, but I did see someone posting about asking gamblers to help him which I attached for reference. it sounds like me and everyone else has withheld our withdraws from us and delayed it till we give up and cancel it and play through it. I really need to get these funds since I need them and was counting on this money to be returned to me within at least a timely manner but I’ve waited twice now past the stated withdrawal time frame. I continue to be patient, There are no excuses as to why my withdrawal is under review for this long to be processed. Until I can be provided an explanation as to why you aren’t releasing my funds or taking steps to move this along I will not be inputting any new funds or canceling my withdrawals.
