I issued a withdrawal on December 7th in the amount of 150$ CAD and the withdrawal is still in process.
I have messaged the chat support and they have answered with the same automatic message again.
Probably my last time playing there since it takes 2 seconds to deposit but 11 days so far to withdraw.
