Hello, I am trying to make a withdraw from this site. Monday will be a week since I tried to withdraw, today I recieved a text saying that my emt would be sent soon, that was 12 hrs ago, and I'm still yet to get any emt or money. I have contacted the live chat and thru email, and keep getting the same reply, that they are looking into it and will emil once they figure it out, well thats been going on for days now and i have spend hrs sending email, and going on the online chat trying to get the money I cashed out. They accelted my emt to fund my account many times, but soon as I tried to cash out, has been nothing but problems. Any help would be great.

Cashed withdrawal pending

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal made from Cashed.com.

I requested a withdrawal of €500 on 08/08/2026. As of today, 18/08/2026, I still have not received my money, and the withdrawal is still showing as “pending.”

It has now been 10 days since my withdrawal has been pending, and I have not received the payment.

I have also contacted Cashed.com to ask for information regarding this delay, but the situation has still not been resolved.

I would therefore like to ask AskGamblers for assistance in order to help resolve this issue with Cashed.com and ensure that my withdrawal is processed and the funds owed to me are paid.

I can provide all the necessary evidence, including screenshots of the withdrawal, my account history, correspondence with the casino, and any other relevant information.

I have submitted a withdrawal of 500€ on 4.8.2026.

They advertise that withdrawal takes up to 3 business days.

It has been past that time and no withdrawal came through.

I believe they are trying to delay it and hope I will cancel it and play the winnings.

Big withdrawal pending

It's been more than 5 days since I requested a withdrawal (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) $750, $1200 and $1200 which makes a total of $3150, I withdrew $18500, with $1200 every day up to 3 withdrawals max if it always takes more than a week to have my money, this is unacceptable! I have sent several emails, I have written several times to the live discussion service, and it is always the same vague answers "our financing team has been notified, you will receive your money soon" it's been 3 days since he told me this. I want to have my $18,500!

Delayed payment for the 5th time now

This is now the fifth time I have had to use askgamblers.com to help me receive my payments from Cashed.com.

This time I have won 2 separate amounts, first 1 on June 24th, 2026 for the amount of 250$ CAD and one in the amount of 400$ CAD on June 27th.

Both were won without bonuses and fair and square with my own money. When I ask support to find out where my winnings are, I'm always given the same generic answer. They also told me if I want to complain, to contact them via email... just Great customer support...

They claim they pay in 3 days, but that is far from the truth. Hopefully, they can make good on their commitment to pay their players...

I have all the screenshots of everything associated with my complaint if needed.

Winnings withdrawal delay

I have a total of $11,750 to withdrawal. Due to their limits I have a total of $1750 “being reviewed” since May 23/24.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and I just a generic response of “there’s a high number of withdrawal requests and it will be approved soon” but it has now been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive anything. Considering I will have a few more withdrawals to make this is very frustrating.

Failure to comply with Self exclusion request

On February 8, 2025, after losing thousands of dollars on Cashed Casino, I asked for my account to be permanently closed because I developed a gambling problem (See Document 1). Based on their terms and conditions and gambling industry basic standards regarding safe gambling, they agreed to my request.

On April 30, 2026, out of nowhere and without warning, I received a marketing email from them mentioning a special offer (See Document 2). It appears my account had been reopened, without any intervention on my part, the whole in clear violation of my request and all basic safe gambling protocols.
Unfortunately, after receiving their promotional email, I relapsed and lost 3125$ (See Document 3).

The first time I played on Cashed Casino, I lost a considerable amount of money. It was my mistake, I lived with the consequences and tried to rebuild my life. But after informing them of my gambling addiction and asking them to permanently close my account, it was their responsibility to assure the permanent closure of my account and to not solicit me with marketing emails.

I reached out to them and asked for a fair resolution but to no avail (See Document 4). This response was surprising considering that this situation is a clear and serious violation of basic safe gambling protocols. The unwarranted and unjustified denial of responsibility combined with the seriousness of the violation warrants for an symbolic sum of $500 as compensation for the trouble and inconvenience caused by Cashed Casino.

I am not looking to profit off the situation. I want to be made whole for their failure.

In conclusion, I am requesting to be refunded for all the deposits I made after I received from them, against my unequivocal request for permanent self-exclusion, several unprompted promotional emails, which have caused me to relapse, the whole representing an amount of $3125. In addition, I am requesting an additional amount of $500 as fair compensation for the trouble and inconvenience suffered. In total, my claim is for an amount of $3625.

Delayed withdrawal from the casino

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Cashed.com.

I requested a withdrawal on March 26, 2026. As of today, the funds have still not been received. It has now been significantly longer than the stated processing time of 3–5 business days.

I have contacted customer support multiple times via email and live chat. Each time, I receive the same generic response stating that my withdrawal is “being processed” and that I should wait. However, no clear timeframe or meaningful update has been provided.

This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially since there is no transparency or accountability from the casino’s side.

I would like to request immediate action on this matter and a clear update regarding the status of my withdrawal.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate further through additional complaint platforms

Delayed payment of two withdrawals from the 21st and 22nd

Well, it has come to this again, this is now my third time having to write a review in order to get my owed money out of cashed.

It's funny they go from paying me smaller payouts no problem in 3 days, to nothing as soon as I win something that seems to be over a certain amount... they now owe me 2200$ canadian in 3 different withdrawals: 2 for 1000, and 1 for 200$ won without a bonus on Feb 21st &22nd.

I have emailed support, but I haven't even received a reply back yet. So hopefully they can make good and pay me the money that I've won fair and square.

Cashed Casino - Withdrawal problem of 1500 PLN

I wanted to file a complaint about the casino's operation. I deposited money without a problem, played, and won something. Then, the withdrawal process started. Even though the casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, my withdrawal request is still pending. Contacting support has no effect; they keep telling me to wait and wait, and nothing changes. I once received an explanation that they have a lot of withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for mine since January 25th, so it's a long time. I should add that I played without any bonus, etc., just my own deposit. I haven't received any request to send any verification documents, etc., etc. I've read here that this seems to be a common practice and they're trying to rush things. So, I'm asking for help because of two pending withdrawals and I am start to be a little bit afraid.

Refusing to withdraw

Cashed.com is denying my withdrawal, has been sitting at the verification stage for well over a week and they stated it will be between 0-3 days. When contacting [email protected] they keep giving me excuses. I logged on to my account and now it states that my withdrawal is blocked by the operator. No explanation. My account is verified and no issues. whatsoever. I think I was scammed.
