I have been attempting to withdraw since the 3rd of December.
The chatbot keeps either saying “they are working on it” or the chat is completely down. I think it is a scam.
I have 3 withdrawals pending and can’t even request more, the process is stunted and has been saying pending since the 3rd of December.
