Hello, hope you are well. I registered with cashed casino and deposited 400 euro using my visa card, I have 500 euro on my account which I tried to withdraw submitting valid withdrawal request on 10.08.2024.
However withdraw request was pending until 19.08.2024 (which is breach of cashed casino terms as in their terms and conditions 6.15 all withdraw request will be processed within 3 business days ).
When I reached out to cashed online support on 16.08.2024 they assured me that my withdraw request on final stage and I will receive 500 euro shortly. I asked if any actions required from my side on which support agent said "no , don't worry ".
On 18.08.2024 casino canceled my withdraw request and returned 500 euro to my balance. I contacted support the same day and asked for clarification.
Support agent told me "we have issues with payment company, please submit withdraw request again " I submitted withdrawal o request again on 18.08.2024 but I doubt I will get my money as they clearly don't wanna pay.
I never used any bonuses on cashed casino and would like to withdraw on the same visa card I deposited so I am not sure what is the issue is?Could you please help me to return money? I can send you screenshots of my communication with cashed support chat if required .Thank you
