It has now been 5 business days since requested a withdrawal and it is still listed as “under review”.

Chat has been no help other than confirming I’ve waited longer than normal to receive my funds.

They could not provide me with a timeline, only some standard messaging on having patience…. Well they’re running thin already.

Please help.

The amount is $400 CAD.
