Cashed casino canceling withdrawal request without valid reason

Hello team, I have 3 withdrawals cancelled by cashed casino (withdrawal amount 800 euro ).1st time support agent told that my bank declined payment which is not true as I reached out to my bank and they confirmed that no deposit attempts of 800 were made. 2 and time support agent told me that they have issues with payment provider and asked me to try withdrawal again which was cancelled anyways. 3rd time agent told me that it was cancelled because my account was not verified, but I explained to him that the verification page on my account displayed message "no verification required at this time" he still insisted that after I made withdrawal request it would be available for me, so I made another request but page still displayed same message "no verification required at this time". So I reached out to support chat and asked them how I can verify my account if casino doesn't give me options to upload documents. Support agent checked my account and confirmed that no verification was required at this time, when I asked her why previous support agent insisted it was required she told me "apologies, our agent new still in training". Taking this into consideration I think there bigger problem with cashed casino. Overall I am down 7000 with cashed which is fine but what is unacceptable is that they find different reasons not to pay out. No bonuses were used so there are no wagers requirements + I more than happy to provide documents/bank statements if required. Dear ask gambler could you please look into this? regards

Hey Team , hope you all are doing fine
I would like to inform you that Victoria vip account manager of cashed casino reached out to me on Saturday. I explained her all the issues I am currently facing with cashed casino and she asked me not to worry as she will escalate this to finance department of cashed and asked me to request another withdraw and she will make sure it will be paid promptly. I made withdrawal request on Saturday which is still pending as off Monday 9 of Dec 20:36 ist . If there will be any updates I will update this thread to keep you in loop. Regards Maksims

Failure to comply with Self exclusion request
On February 8, 2025, after losing thousands of dollars on Cashed Casino, I asked for my account to be permanently closed because I developed a gambling problem (See Document 1). Based on their terms and conditions and gambling industry basic standards regarding safe gambling, they agreed to my request.

On April 30, 2026, out of nowhere and without warning, I received a marketing email from them mentioning a special offer (See Document 2). It appears my account had been reopened, without any intervention on my part, the whole in clear violation of my request and all basic safe gambling protocols.
Unfortunately, after receiving their promotional email, I relapsed and lost 3125$ (See Document 3).

The first time I played on Cashed Casino, I lost a considerable amount of money. It was my mistake, I lived with the consequences and tried to rebuild my life. But after informing them of my gambling addiction and asking them to permanently close my account, it was their responsibility to assure the permanent closure of my account and to not solicit me with marketing emails.

I reached out to them and asked for a fair resolution but to no avail (See Document 4). This response was surprising considering that this situation is a clear and serious violation of basic safe gambling protocols. The unwarranted and unjustified denial of responsibility combined with the seriousness of the violation warrants for an symbolic sum of $500 as compensation for the trouble and inconvenience caused by Cashed Casino.

I am not looking to profit off the situation. I want to be made whole for their failure.

In conclusion, I am requesting to be refunded for all the deposits I made after I received from them, against my unequivocal request for permanent self-exclusion, several unprompted promotional emails, which have caused me to relapse, the whole representing an amount of $3125. In addition, I am requesting an additional amount of $500 as fair compensation for the trouble and inconvenience suffered. In total, my claim is for an amount of $3625.
