I requested a withdrawal from cash arcade which following them asking me for documents and my account being verified was marked as processed on 24th July 2020. I received another email saying my withdrawal was processed and would be in my account within 1-3 working days.
On the 30th July I emailed to ask about not receiving my withdrawal, they responded asking for my details which I then provided and I have not heard back since.
On the 31st of July I still had not received my withdrawal so I tried to contact Cash Arcade via their Facebook messenger, following me saying it was regarding withdrawal money they have not replied.
I sent a further email on the 5th August questioning what had happened and explaining I would be taking matters further. The operators have repeatedly cut contact when I have provided the account information and ceased replying.
I expect Cash Arcade to either provide me with my withdrawal money promptly; or refund all deposits I have made to the website as evidently it was not possible to win and receive money, hence a breach of trust and contract.
Screenshots of emails can easily be provided but I cannot see where to attach them on the mobile site.
