I joined betway maybe a month ago. Had some success, not lots but managed to withdraw more than I deposited. On my fourth withdrawal I had email letting me know they needed supporting documents from me. I thought this was strange since I had already had three withdrawals go through but I submitted them anyway. Took a while but got an email letting me know they now needed to phone me to do a verification call. Did this and was told everything was fine and that my withdrawal for £301 would now be released.
I didn't hear from them so I spoke to someone on live chat the following day and he told me that my account was indeed all verified but that my withdrawal was being reviewed and that I needed to wait 24-48 hours. Spoke to someone on wednesday who told me this wasn't actually true and that my account was not verified because I hadn't done a verification call. Emailed them and got a reply apologising for their error and that I had indeed received a verification call and that they had processed my £10 withdrawal (another one I was waiting for). I replied asking about the £301 to be told that they were again, sorry, but that it was being reviewed and that I needed to wait 24-48 hours. I email them the next and receive a reply apologising for the delay but telling that it would now be done in the next 24 hours. Spoke to someone again to be told this is not the case and that I should have not received an email telling me so. It's been two weeks since I made the withdrawal on the 23rd of June and I am starting to get irritated at the useless and conflicting information. Hoping this helps get a clearer response.
