Cancelling payout with no explanation at all


Hi, i deposited 29.07.2017 23:26 60 euro and recived 60 euro bonus. at around 02:00-03:00 on the 30th i was finished with my wagering, at that point i had 2000 euro on the account. Before withdrawal i had to identify myself so i uploaded all the neede documents, i recived confirmation on the identification on the 30th at 13:36 and at 15:13 the same day i requested 2 withdrawals, both 1000 euro each. The first one got approved and the second one cancelled. I tryed to withdraw those 1000 euro 3 more times that day and the same thing happend. State: Cancelled. Yesterday evening i used my 1000 euro and played abit more and won yet another 1000 euro so now i have in total 2000 euro waiting for approval or cancellation. Most likely cancellation since they cancelled it 4 times already. I have no way of getting in touch with the casino since they have no chat, no number to call and havent answered my ticked i made yesterday at 18:18. They cancelled and havent given me a reason to why in any way and this just feels unserious. I can add that i found this casino through askgamblers.com so i would really appretiate if you could help me resolve this!

Before withdrawal it said on my login: Withdrawable ammount: 2000 euro. So now ive done 2 more requests, both 1000 euro each (minus the fee on 1 euro).

Unfair confiscation of winnings due to 'unforeseen technical difficulties' with self-exclusion request
Hello,
Maybe you can help me.
The short form of my problem:
1.I won $ 9000 from Lord Lucky after depositing $ 600, and the casino refuses to pay out on the grounds that I would have opted to block play at Lapalingo.
2.I was not aware that Lord Lucky belongs to Rabbit Entertaiment.
3.I have not claimed a bonus.
4.Lord Lucky only wants to reimburse me for the money paid in, but not my profit (see attachment mail)

Since they are not willing to pay my winnings, I will hire an attorney for international law.
In addition I will inform the responsible licensing authority and the game software manufacturers about my lawyer.
The mistake lies with them, as they say.
I was not aware that I am automatically locked with Lord Lucky.
For me, the offense of fraud is 100% fulfilled, they are not obliged to withhold my profits.
I have been informed on various online sites, and will possibly make this case public, so the other players are warned.
I will fight back.
