Cancelled Welcome Bonus
I joined Caesars Online Casino two week ago. In the first two minutes in the app the deposit and welcome bonus prompt takes me to enter bank info and deposit page. I think to myself “sure pf course, but I wanna look around first, how do i go back? And i “Cancel” think im canceling the current deposit just until i look around and decide how much money I’ll need”.
Suddenly my 1000 deposit match and 2500 reward point are canceled forever.
A week passes, by now I’ve wagered thousands, so bad losses nice wins etc. Given how much I’ve gambled here I reach out Caesars support and explain what happened, that it a mobile glitch and a fair mistake and if they can let me
Reactivate my welcome bonus or at least issue a new, or a different one.. just anything partial or full to make things somewhat right after daily high volume and waged amount.
Caesars support responds “No, there’s nothing we can do. Once it’s canceled it’s canceled.”
Then he tells me: “Here… follow this link to Caesars Sportsbook, you should find some promotions there..”
The support person was a bit rude and I highly doubt the casino cant do anything about it.. a simple comp would’ve fixed it, but today I moved my funds to a new casino I learned about ob Askgamblers.com and happy with it. and
I may still get dinner with friends at Caesars but I wont be gambling there. Its not about 1k at this point but the principle.
To other players - take what happened here as a lesson, be very vigilant around bonus and promos, not the big shiny words but rather small fine print.
And To Casino Management - we could’ve had a great relationship. A couple casinos will confirm this upon request. Treatment your customers with a little empathy goes a long way.
