Delays intentionally 20,000 SEK withdrawal

Hi, not much to say here really. This casino has spent 2 weeks trying to pay my winnings and the amount im missing right now is 20.000 SEK. They delay intentionally and have been for over a week now. Their own terms state they will send 10.000 SEK per day, and it has now gone 1 week without a single payment from this unprofessional fraud casino. Im tired of having to email them 3 times a day and get a phony reply with "oh we had an error with Neteller" etc etc. They only come up with stupid excuses and delay my withdrawal for weeks now while also stating in their replies on email to me that "yes you will get your money tomorrow:)))) " without sending anything. What kind of casino operates like this?

Askgamblers, could you please try to email them and see what their problem is?

Hello. I can confirm that the money has now been payed by Caliberbingo. However, I would like to mention that I do not buy the excuse that this was a human error. You spent several weeks paying my full withdrawal and you as a casino did not hold up to your own terms which stated "10.000 SEK per day". I had to wait for several days and weeks for you to send a single withdrawal. Thanks for reaching out Askgamblers, I really appreciate it. Have a nice day, folks.

Hi Robbe400,
I am sorry to hear that you had to wait so long for the payout of your winnings.
The transfer or 20.000 sek was done to you yesterday so I hope you now have your money on your Neteller account.
The reason for this delay was a human error when dealing with Neteller and nothing else.

Not replying and no payment

I started playing at this casino last August 2018.
I have won a total of 7876.18 euros an requested a withdrawal on November 19, 2018.
I emailed support [email protected] and also sent a message in the casino contact box.
But I never got a reply from them.
I do not know what is wrong or what they need to send my withdrawal because they never replied to me.

Extremely unprofessional and delaying payments

Hi, this casino has delayed my withdrawals for several weeks now. Everytime i contact them on mail they reply with some stupid reply saying something ala "let me check that up real quick" and then after several hours nothing happens. I have waited several weeks now for a payment of 15.000 SEK. 3 weeks have i waited for my money to be sent but they keep on stalling and stalling and stalling, just giving false hope on emails. Its the most unprofessional casino i have ever played at and experienced in terms of service, its just sickening.
