Refuses to provide information on my account and answer to emails

I have requested Cadabrus support to provide me with information on my account, the reason why my account has been closed and the closing date. I have sent multiple requests, but I have not heard back from them. I see that I have the right to know what information is stored regarding my account. I need the information in order to resolve another ongoing dispute with a sister casino.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

Matter has been resolved, but my emails were left unanswered for two weeks. Only escalating the matter to AskGamblers made support answer to my email. Still waiting for their sister casino to provide the same information. Poor customer service.
