Deposit not credited after 2 weeks
I made numerous deposits on this site without a problem. On the 23rd of December I made a 50€ deposit via Sofort Banking which was not credited to my account. Since I received an error message from the payment provider, I was sure that something is wrong. The 50€ were deducted from my bank account but not credited to my players account. I immediately contacted the live support and informed them and provided a screenshot of the transaction. I was told the finance department will contact me once the problem is solved. Until today they never contacted me. I checked back with live support multiple times and always got the same answer.
I had deposit problems of this sort in other casinos in the past. It took a couple of days, a week tops.
After 2 weeks without a single email from finance this matter became unacceptable.
I would like that the casino is giving me a plausibel reason why this issue is not solved yet.
