Waiting 10 days for my withdrawal

Withdrawal Not Paid – Over a Week Delay

I requested a €421 withdrawal over a week ago. The casino advertises instant or max 24h withdrawals, but I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve contacted support more than 10 times. Every time I get the same copy-paste reply: "The payment is being processed, it will be paid soon." No explanation, no time estimate, nothing.

This is completely unacceptable. The casino is misleading players with false promises of fast withdrawals. I made a complaint already, and still no update.

The site is licensed in Estonia, but this behavior is far from professional or trustworthy.

Please help resolve this and get my money paid.
