They don't pay out the winnings

Have been trying to cash out for over a week. Still haven't paid out the winning. Their excuse was "the payment department has no one working", "they have to prove the winnings", "game providers have to prove the winning", etc etc.

And the latest answer was "the status hasn't changed and they don't know why" what should I do?

Have been over a week already.

Question: just got a great wins in buustikasino again. Trying to cash out them. How long does it usual take. Cos last time took 7 days to prove them. Be honest its time longest time in my what i have see in casino paying wins.

I have thoroughly checked your account and am happy to confirm that we have approved three withdrawal requests in the amounts of 2000 EUR, 3000 EUR, and 5000 EUR.
