The casino does not respond and does not pay the money
Hello.
My one-on-one situation resembles the previous complaint from DOWNBARSLEG.
I registered, made a deposit, made several bets, passed verification, and ordered some money for withdrawal.
The withdrawal was canceled without explanation.
I wrote to the "Feedback Form", but no one answered me. I made a repeated withdrawal request, but it was canceled again. Since they do not have a live operator (which is quite strange), I wrote again to the Feedback Form, as well as to the email. Again, no one answered me. Moreover, they deleted the messages that I wrote to them in the Feedback Form.
I have $321 in my account. I cannot continue to place bets, as there is no connection with this casino. And, as I understand it, the casino does not intend to pay out winnings.
