Casino small withdrawal not possible for over 2 Weeks

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I have a small Withdrawal of over 90 CHF with this Casino, and for the first Time, it will not be processed.

The Payment has been still "in Progress" for over 2 Weeks, and the Casino Support just answers with "it's in the Queue". I think there is a technical problem that the support doesn't know about because my previous withdrawals never needed more than 2 Days in this Casino.

I have now requested 2 times over email, but the casino always just tells me I have to wait. Since 14 Days is an unofficial "maximum" for Casinos, and for this small Amount, I hope your Complaint System here could give the Casino Management "a Touch" to process it now.

I have attached some proof; let me know if someone needs to clarify.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

i will send a Follow Up after getting the Payment, please let it open.
After publishing the Withdrawal Status was changed to failed (once again, before the Casino Staff told me its in progress and will be in the Queue, no Info that it will not work with paysafecard). I think its not serious that the Casino told me, i cannot paysafecard because
- i already deposit multiple Times with this Payment
- the Casino System dont allow Withdrawal Requests to a Payment Type, which was not used before

So, i truly hope its just a Problem with not good enough Trained Staff in this Casino.
Now, the 48h Promise from the Casino is over again and my new Request to my IBAN is still not processed.

Once again i update it here after it is finished and if the Case can closed.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Bruce Bet Casino.

Summary of the issue:

On June 24, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for the amount of 4,000 PLN (approx. EUR 930) via bank transfer to my fully verified bank account.

Current status: Not processed – 7 calendar days overdue

Despite the time elapsed, the funds have not been credited to my account. I have already contacted Bruce Bet Casino directly with a formal written request for explanation, but have not received any satisfactory response or a binding commitment regarding the payment timeline.

What I am requesting:

I kindly ask AskGamblers to initiate the Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) procedure against Bruce Bet Casino on my behalf, and to formally request that the casino:

Provide a written explanation for the delay,

Confirm a binding processing deadline,

Release the withheld funds without further delay.

I have all relevant documentation available, incluing withdrawal confirmation, account verification records, and correspondence with the casino, which I am happy to provide upon request
