Bovada Casino - Payment is delayed despite their promises

A withdrawal in the amount of$300 was approved on April 13 via direct to Visa. As of today, May 5, I have not received my withdrawal. It is a shame that they will take a customer'sm money instantly, make that same customer wait 10 business days to make a valid withdrawal, and still not even come close to what is promised.
