9 days ago I started a withdrawal on Bovada for $1,100 payable to my bitcoin address. Six days ago, I was asked for verification, which I provided six days ago. Four days ago, Bovada replied to me letting me know that my account was verified and that the withdrawal was pending once again. Shortly after I contacted Bovada on the phone to confirm that my withdrawal was pending. It was. Bovada estimates a 24-48 hour withdrawal time (when using Bitcoin). Nevertheless, for the past 96 hours I have not received anything or any substantive estimate of when the funds will arrive. I am asking Bovada to please kindly withdraw the $1,100 worth of bitcoin into my wallet, as I have complied with all terms and conditions, have verified my account and identity, and it is much past the estimated time for delivery (almost 5 days after 4 days of verification rather than 24-48 hours).

I just received the funds from Bovada. I was impressed by their customer service and their almost instant response to this complaint. I would like to thank the customer service at Bovada as well as the great third party platform that askgamblers provides. Please close this complaint as resolved satisfactorily

I received a phone call from a customer service advocate at Bovada. They were nice and professional. They were able to approve a payment and I was impressed by their service. Based on that experience, I would play again.
However, I still have not received payment, though a payment is processing.
I am concerned that because Bovada paid a very low transaction (miner's) fee, it is probable that the transaction will be dropped, because the fee they sent was low and because required fees on the network are rising (as of writing this, there are 67,800 unconfirmed transactions, meaning that required fees for payment are higher than average. This weekend, there were 140,000 unconfirmed transactions.). I will update this complaint either when I receive the money or when the bitcoin network drops the transaction.
