I am in a pretty bad cycle of no support where emails are tossing me to live support and live support is telling me to email. Back and forth I jump between these problems. I tried to withdraw only 20 percent of account as I still want to play which is generating money for the site. I am not sure why I am locked out. I was told to submit ID and utility bill and was told process would take 48hrs. I received an email 2 days after telling me to contact support where first day I was told they know nothing call back tomorrow. Which I did where I was hung up on in the morning trying again later that night where I was on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. I then again emailed where the reply was this issue must be done over phone. So called back again today and they say they know nothing I must wait try again tomorrow. I am concerned on why everyone is dodging questions instead of simply saying we are still reviewing or any kind of normal response. Been over a week now and still waiting for information on account as I am locked out.
